The minitocoff Style Option

When a document has been prepared with the minitoc option, it contains many minitoc specific commands, most of them being \faketableofcontents and \minitoc commands (and their equivalents for lists of figures and tables). If you want to typeset this document without any mini-table, you have just to replace the minitoc option by the minitocoff option, and all these commands will be ignored. At least two L^ATEX runs will be necessary to get a correct page numbering and correct cross references.
